Pad work is only as good as the shield between you and the strike. This one uses a curved face that hugs the kick instead of deflecting it, with Epe foam underneath to absorb the shock of round kicks, knees and heavy hands. A Pu cover and reinforced stitching keep it intact through daily sessions, while a center handle and two adjustable hook-and-loop straps let a coach and a partner swap without refitting anything. At 16.5 by 8.7 by 3.5 in it covers enough of the body for Muay Thai, karate, kickboxing and Mma drills, and still fits in a kit bag.
