The CHEFSPOT Foldable Electric Food Warming Mat holds cooked food at serving temperature on a 24 by 15 inch surface that fits several trays, casseroles or serving dishes at once. Three heat settings hold food at approximately 140, 176 or 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and the 250 watt element reaches temperature quickly. The mat shuts off automatically after 8 hours and includes memory recall so the last setting is retained. Because the mat is electric, it does not use an open flame or fuel canisters. The silicone surface is waterproof and resists spills, oil and stains, and it wipes clean. The mat rolls up and stores in the included carry bag. This mat keeps cooked food warm and is not intended to cook raw food or to be used as a cooking surface.
