Forty-four pounds per layer, which is the highest rating in the range and enough for two large cats sharing a platform. The two-story condo is lined in cool bamboo with a sisal scratching mat outside, so the enclosure itself works as a claw surface. The condo cover detaches for cleaning. A cat hole in the large platform gives a route down through the frame. Key Features Specifications Note: Actual product color may vary slightly from the images due to lighting and display settings.
