This large artificial Boston fern comes with its own flowerpot, ready to display the moment you unfold it. Packed compressed for shipping, the fronds and branches just need to be shaped by hand after arrival, after which the plant naturally spreads to about 37 to 41 inches across from its 80 branches, giving a full, mature look comparable to a fern grown for years. The leaves combine imported silk fabric with LDPE for a soft, flexible texture that resists fading in sunlight, while the stems and roots are weather-resistant enough to hold their shape outdoors. At 2.44 pounds net weight, it can hang in a basket thanks to its lightweight build, or sit in its included pot and lay flat on a porch or office shelf. There is no watering or weeding needed; if it gets rained on, a quick dry with a hairdryer keeps it looking fresh.
