Pu leather on an entryway bench is the practical choice rather than the luxurious one. A seat by the front door takes wet coats, damp bags, and whatever was on the bottom of somebody's shoes, and a fabric cushion absorbs all of it. A leather-look surface wipes, which after one winter is a visible difference.Under the seat is 25D high-resilience foam, which is the grade that recovers its shape rather than compressing flat in the spot where everyone sits. On a bench used twice a day by the same household, that distinction shows up within a year, and it is the reason a cheap padded bench looks tired quickly while a well-specified one does not.The bench measures 31.5 in wide by 11.8 in deep and stands 19.7 in tall, which is correct seat height on a footprint shallow enough for a hallway. Metal shelves underneath hold the shoes. Overall static load capacity is 300 lb, and the steel frame brings the assembled bench to only 13.9 lb, which is remarkably light for a bench with that rating and means it lifts aside with one hand for cleaning.
