Large capacity and light weight rarely arrive together, and this two-piece kids carry-on set is built around that balance. The rolling case stands 19 in tall on a 12.5 in by 9 in base, the matching backpack measures 10 in by 4.5 in by 13 in, and the pair weighs just 5 lb empty, so a child can load plenty of items without ending up with something too heavy to move. Flexible 360-degree universal wheels sit under the case and swivel freely, which is what makes it convenient for a child to pull rather than an object an adult ends up carrying. The telescoping handle adjusts across two levels for children of different heights. Security is handled at the zipper: pulls include lock holes so a padlock, sold separately, can be threaded through for added protection, and the two-way zippers themselves open from either direction, easier and more flexible than a single-direction pull. The backpack hangs on a wide, comfortable shoulder strap with an adjustable buckle. Shell materials are ABS, PC, and webbing, all chosen to be kid-friendly, safe, odorless, and durable, and the surface is finished with a frosted protective film that leaves it wear-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean. A cute surface pattern gives it visual appeal a child will actually pick out. The set is suitable for flights, trips, camps, and outdoor activities.
