A 38-in by 18-in by 3-in equipment pad that lifts an outdoor condenser clear of the ground, rated to carry 1000 lbs of equipment. The raised base is the whole point: standing water, mud and settling soil all attack a unit sitting directly on grade, and 3-in of clearance keeps the cabinet and its electrical connections above that. Moulded from PP with fiberglass, the pad is weather-resistant for long outdoor service and does not rot, rust or crumble the way a poured slab eventually does. Reinforced ribbing runs through the underside to spread load evenly across the footprint rather than concentrating it under the four feet of the unit, which is what allows a 7.3-lb pad to hold a rated 1000 lbs of equipment. The top surface is anti-slip so equipment will not shift or slide once set, and the pad can be drilled for secure mounting where a unit needs to be positively fixed. Noise and vibration are handled as well: the material absorbs the vibration a compressor transmits into whatever it stands on, which reduces noise and extends service life. The pad sits stably on grass, soil, gravel or concrete, so no prepared base is needed first. Side cut-outs and the lightweight structure make it easy to reposition during installation, and the fit is not limited to mini split condensers, since the pad suits a range of outdoor equipment.
