Two plastic adapters, 1.6 in and 1.9 in, cover most pole diameters between them, and a hand knob clamps the pole without tools. Four anti-slip pads underneath grip an uneven paving slab rather than skating on it. The base measures 25 in square and 14 in tall in a black powder-coated finish.
