The condo on this 59.5-in tower is built like a fence rather than a closed box: railings surround a 19 by 13.5-in floor, so a cat inside stays enclosed on every side yet still watches the room through the gaps. Every cushion detaches, which turns the tree into a padded winter bed and a cool smooth board come July. The 16.5-in top perch carries 4.5-in of sponge underneath. Six levels stack over a 23 by 19-in base, the board surfaces wipe clean, and the frame weighs 40 lbs.

Pet Intended For: Cat
Base Material: 60% Engineered Wood, 25% Fabric, 15% Pp Cotton
