Front-loading with 12 shelf dividers, this 91-quart (86 L) insulated carrier holds hot or cold food for up to 4 hours across a working range of -40 to 212 F (-40 to 100 C) without any electricity. A 3-layer polypropylene wall does the insulating, and safety buckles pull the door tight to lock in heat and stop spills in a van. The dividers accept aluminum, stainless steel and steam pans in whatever mix a menu calls for, with each layer rated for 165 lbs, 550 lbs inside overall and 610 lbs total. At 25" x 17.5" x 24" and only 7.5 lbs empty, it lifts onto a tailgate by one person and stacks flat when not in use. Suited to catering runs, church suppers, tailgates and food trucks.
