This adult water punching bag fills with water and hangs from an adjustable metal chain. Black PVC forms the outer shell, thick enough to take repeated strikes and elastic enough to snap back between combinations. The water fill keeps noise down, so training early or late is realistic at home. The bag hangs 28 in tall from an adjustable metal chain that sets the striking height, and a 39 in hose handles filling and emptying. Empty weight is 15.5 lbs, so it can be drained and stored in a cupboard when floor space is needed at home. Color: Black; Material: PVC and metal; Overall Dimensions: 21 in diameter x 28 in H; Water Hose Length: 39 in; Net Weight: 15.5 lbs; Includes adjustable hanging chain
