SUGIFT Black 8-in-1 Sissy Squat Machine with Padded Rollers and Tension Ropes 39-in W 20-in D 220-lb User Capacity at Plaza Las Americas in San Juan, PR
Eight exercises come out of one sissy squat frame: squats and knee raises load the quadriceps and glutes, while tension ropes clipped to the side hooks bring in arms and shoulders. The 17-in by 5.5-in padded cushion locks the shins so the hips stay square through the movement, and the height adjusts between 17.5 in and 27 in to match leg length. Thickened iron tubing carries users up to 220 lbs, and the base is shaped to stay planted during weighted work instead of tipping backwards. Four enlarged foot pads add friction and keep the floor unmarked, and the non-slip handles plus front pedal hold position during push-ups, sit-ups and planks. The frame is 39 in long by 20 in wide and weighs 37 lbs. Color: Black; Materials: Iron, PVC, PU; Overall Dimensions: 39 in W x 20 in D x 17.5 in to 27 in H; Cushion Size: 17 in x 5.5 in; Maximum User Weight: 220 lbs; Net Weight: 37 lbs; Package Includes: 1 sissy squat machine, 1 instruction manual
