Two jobs come from one frame: upright it is a garden seat at 19.5 inches tall, inverted it is a kneeling bench with EVA foam under your knees. Powder-coated steel tubing supports 300 lbs, and the 16 by 8 inch pad is thick enough that a gravel path does not press through. The frame folds to 5 inches, thin enough to stand against a shed wall or lie flat in a car boot on the way to an allotment. At 5.7 lbs it moves from bed to bed in one hand, and the built-in grab handle gives leverage when standing back up after pruning.
