The 24 x 13.5 x 11 in base can hold up to 28.5 lbs of water, 40 lbs of sand, or 44 lbs of a water and sand mix to stabilize 7-8 ft patio umbrellas. An adjustable handle and two adapters fit 1.5-1.9 in umbrella poles for a snug hold. A cut-out handle and lightweight empty shell make relocation and storage easier.
