This is a playhouse rather than a fabric tent: a pine wood frame with a blackboard, six 11.5" storage bins, a two-level adjustable table, a chair and a floor cushion built in. The table takes 33 lbs and the chair 110 lbs, with a 10" seat sized for a two to six year old. Chalks are included for the board. Overall 57" x 38" x 45". Composite board panels keep it rigid.
