The detail that sets this two-piece kids carry-on luggage set apart is on the zipper pulls: they carry lock holes, so a padlock can be threaded through before a bag leaves a child's hands. The padlock is not included, but the provision is there, and it is what turns a child's case into something that can be checked or left in a shared space without worry. The rolling case measures 12.5 in by 9 in by 19 in and the matching backpack 10 in by 4.5 in by 13 in, a pairing sized so the case handles clothing while the backpack holds what a child wants within reach. Together they weigh 5 lb, and the roomy main compartment carries a large load without the weight becoming tiring. A two-level adjustable telescoping handle sets the pull height for children of different sizes, and flexible 360-degree universal wheels swivel under the case so it tracks alongside a small pull rather than dragging behind. The backpack rides on a wide, comfortable shoulder strap with an adjustable buckle. Two-way zippers slide smoothly and open from either direction. The shell combines ABS, PC, and webbing, materials chosen to be kid-friendly, safe, odorless, and durable, and a frosted protective film across the surface leaves it wear-resistant, waterproof, and simple to clean. A cute surface pattern finishes it off. The set is at home on flights, trips, camps, and outdoor activities.
