A fabric tower arches 27.5 in above the bed across 35.5 in of its length, giving a child an enclosed corner to read in - and it unclips when the novelty passes. Guardrails are 14 in over a 75 x 39 in sleeping surface on 14 plywood slats rated 400 lbs. Beneath the platform there is 34.5 in of open height reached through a 14 in doorway in the fabric. Three 9 x 13.5 in pockets hang at the bedside for books and a torch, 7 lbs each. Solid wood with tear-proof cotton, 83 lbs, standing 76.5 in. Use a 4 to 6 in twin mattress.
