A twin daybed built entirely from metal, this frame works as a sofa against the wall by day and a bed at night. Heavy-duty steel slats spread across six support legs carry up to 480-lb, so a twin mattress sits straight on the platform with no box spring. There is 11-in of clearance underneath for storage bins, folded bedding, or a vacuum head. The 77.5-in by 40.5-in footprint suits a guest room, studio, home office, or a child's room, and non-slip pads keep the legs from marking hardwood. A twin mattress is sold separately.
