An extendable side table slides out from the frame of this solid wood lounger, giving a drink or a phone somewhere to sit without a separate table on the patio. The backrest takes four positions including fully flat, and the leg area lifts into a sloped rest for the calves. Solid wood construction with a splinter-free surface carries 450 lbs across a 76 x 35 x 13.5 in body, one of the higher ratings in this category, and the 46-lb mass keeps it planted in wind. Wheels at one end tip and roll it across pavers when the sun moves. Assembly is required. Natural grain is left visible, so the piece reads closer to garden furniture than to a folding beach chair.
